We are happy to introduce the ort'horizon team from 2021 to 2023.
The description of our roles
Co-chairs
​
They are the guide wire of our project. They are a support and they guide us when it's necessary. They learn and teach us various information about all posts.
Co-chairs are dynamic, involved and bold.
Secretary
She is the main interlocutor for all the members of the association. She deals with the administrative part and the connection between all post.
The secretary must be rigorous, organized and she has to pay attention to the association's news.
Treasurer
She is in charge of the bank account of the association. She deals with event's budget and all the usefull expenditure we will need for the project.
The treasurer is organized, careful and comfortable with numbers.
VP event
​
Her role is to promote the association to everyone. Organizing all sorts of events, her goal is to earn money in order to make our project become real.
The vp event sould be dynamic and full of imagination.
VP partnership
​
She has an important role in the association because she has to meet up partners who will accept to help us economically. Our sponsors are a major character for the success of the project.
The vp partnership must be convincing, serious and determinated.
VP communication
​
Their vocation is to highlight the poject. They show to our followers all the events that lead us to our final goal.
VP communication are comfortable with social media, and they know how to handle a website. Furthermore, they are involved and available so they don't miss to promote important events.
We are an organisation for a solidarity project, that means that we are all working together! Thus, even if each one of us has a special role, we don't hesitate to help each other if its needed.
